The system is provided with a means for registering recipe information inputted on the basis of the prescription of a user for each user ID, a means for generating recipe notification mail and transmitting it to a user terminal 10 when the recipe notification time included in the recipe information comes, a means for repeatedly retransmitting a recipe notification mail to the user terminal 10 in the case of not receiving a reply mail from the user terminal 10 within a fixed time after the recipe notification mail is transmitted, a means for reading the recipe time of the user included in the reply mail and registering it to the recipe information, and a means for requesting the registration of the recipe information to a recipe history management server 30 through a network 100.
