To obtain a medicine for treating a traumatic neuropathy and/or motility disturbance, especially a medicine for treating a traumatic neuropathy and/or motility disturbance caused by spinal cord injury.
Hyaluronan is found to have an ameliorating effect on a traumatic neuropathy and/or motility disturbance caused by spinal cord injury and to be useful as a medicine for treating a traumatic neuropathy and/or motility disturbance. Namely, the medicine for treating a traumatic neuropathy and/or motility disturbance contains an effective amount of hyaluronan.
