Abstract:
PURPOSE: To contrive recovery from mental fatigue by setting a screen in a closed space which can be air-conditioned, and by arranging an equipment for sound according to images, a breath regulating means for breathing at specified intervals, and the like in said space, to set the space as a meditation room.
CONSTITUTION: A meditation room equipment room 1 is formed to be provided with a sound insulating closed space 3 formed with a door 2, a 50-inch screen 5, speakers 6, 6, according to the screen, an illumination dimmer having dimmer slits 14 jointed to a meditation box 8, an air-conditioning box 13 for purifying air, a breathing pace maker 18 to be turned on and off at specified intervals, and a relaxing seat 19. Then, by breathing under the conditions of the images of relaxing property, a dimmer and sound according to the images, and a specified breathing pace in a well-air-conditioned state, meditation progresses, and mental stability and fatigue recovery are contrived.
