Abstract:
PURPOSE: To decrease inclusion of impurities and to pulverize powder in a short time by providing a grinding vessel, a grinding medium and an agitator and regulating the circumferential speed of the outermost circumference of the agitator to the specified value or more and regulating the mean diameter of the grinding medium to the specified value or below.
CONSTITUTION: A grinding vessel 1, a grinding medium and an agitator 2 are provided. The circumferential speed of the outermost circumference of the agitator 2 is regulated to ≥30m/sec and the mean diameter of the grinding medium is regulated to ≤0.6mm. As a result, inclusion of impurities in the powder by abrasion of the grinding medium is decreased and is pulverized in a short time.
