To prevent counterfeit, alteration, and revision by forming dots of holograms or diffraction gratings to have a cavity frequency in which an observation color in a specific visual area fits to any one of three primary colors.
The base material 21 is formed with a separation layer 22, an optical diffraction structure forming layer 23, a back coating layer 26, and a relief surface 23a is formed on the forming layer 23 and a reflective thin film layer 24 is formed thereon by a thin film forming method such as depositing method and sputtering method. On the relief surface 23a, fine unevenness patterns for forming a relief type hologram or diffraction grating is formed, and these dots are made into three kinds of holograms or diffraction gratings in which an observation color fits to any one of three primary colors of RGB in a specific visual area. Thus, various images can be transferred every sheet of bodies to be transferred such as an ID card, a passport, a license, and certificates of all kinds by this transferring member, thereby preventing counterfeit, alteration, and revision.
