Abstract:
To provide a medium processing unit capable of improving productivity by a simple structure.SOLUTION: A medium processing unit (3) comprises: transport parts (11-14) for transporting media in a transport direction; mounting means (22) for mounting thereon, the plurality of media transported by the transport parts (11-14); liquid applying means (31) which is provided at an upstream side of the mounting means in the transport direction of the media, and applies liquid to a liquid application position of each of media transported by the transport parts (11-14); and crimp means (25) for compressing and deforming the liquid application positions of the plurality of media mounted on the mounting means, for performing crimp binding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
