Abstract:

To provide a medium for testing chemical sensitivity, capable of securing the good growth of the whole species of bacteria.

This medium usable for testing the chemical sensitivity is characterized in that the medium comprises broth, calcium ion, magnesium ion, purified water and a defibrinated blood obtained by removing a red component and a membrane fraction derived from an erythrocyte.
