To provide a medium with a thermosensitive display which has a simple structure and can be easily manufactured at a low cost.
This medium with a thermosensitive display is provided with a resistor layer 2 which is formed in a prescribed region on a substrate 1 and generates heat, a first covering layer 4 which is formed on the resistor layer 2 and covers the resistor layer 2 and a rewriting layer 5 which indicates a color change in accordance with the heat generated by the resistor layer 2, and the trouble that the coloring of the rewriting layer 5 becomes hardly visible due to the color of the resistor layer 2 can be prevented thereby. Furthermore, the mounting of the resistor 2 on the substrate 1 makes it possible to simply form a picture without being brought into contact with a thermal head, etc.
