Abstract:
To provide a melting device system capable of facilitating the control of the feed of electric power to a heating coil part.SOLUTION: A melting device system 100 comprises a melting device 2 having an induction heating coil part 60 into which a melting raw material 200 is inserted and melting the melting raw material 200 by induction heating, a robot 1 inserting the melting raw material 200 into the melting device 2, a sensor 51 detecting the projection height h to the melting device 2 of a melting raw material 201 inserted into the melting device 2 and a control part 3 controlling the robot 1. The control part 3 controls the robot 1 in such a manner that, based on the projection height h of the melting raw material 201 detected by the sensor 51, an operation of inserting a melting raw material 202 to be inserted into the melting device 2 following to the melting raw material 201 into the melting device 2 is started.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
