Abstract:
To suppress energy consumption by efficiently discharging molten metal.
The melting furnace apparatus comprises a holding furnace body 2 for burning gas such as natural gas to hold molten metal Y at a predetermined temperature, a melting furnace body 1 for introducing combustion gas from the body 2 to use the gas as heat source, and a molten metal discharging trough 3 for connecting the body 1 to the body 2 to supply the metal Y of the body 1 to the body 2 to hold molten metal amount of the body 1 substantially constant.
