PURPOSE: To melt the following substance at low temp. for a short time by vibrating a vessel incorporated with a substance which is solidified or made to a highly viscous liquid at room temp. and below with an electromotive rotary type vibrator or an electromagnetic vibrator, heating and melting it.

CONSTITUTION: Water is introduced in a vessel 5 and live stream is blown therein via the steam silencers 6, 7 to keep the hot water at about 20W80°C. A vibration frame 10 is connected to a melting vessel with the springs and vibrated with an electromotive rotary type vibrator or an electromagnetic vibrator 1 fitted thereto. The drum pressures 3 are fitted to the vibration frame 10 and the drums 12 and the vibration frame 10 are fixed and a solidifiable liquid substance can be melted by vibrating the drums 2 in the inside of the vessel 5. The vibration frequency of the vibrator in this period is made to about 14W60Hz, the vibration acceleration is made to about 0.2W2.5g weight and the amplitude of vibration can be made to about 0.07W5mm.
