Abstract:
To provide a method of recycling as exhaust gas, slag or metal by melting ash discharged from incinerators such as a stoker furnace, a rotary kiln furnace, and a fluidized bed furnace, residue of noncombustible, general waste, industrial waste, biomass and the like.
The furnace such as a vertical furnace, a shaft furnace, a cupola furnace and a blast furnace, comprises a melting furnace capable of achieving high temperature of 1200°C or more. An atmosphere in the furnace is controlled to a reducing atmosphere including CO and a H2 gas.
