To provide a melting and removing device for melting furnace deposits removing the melt deposits depositing on the inner wall face of a melting furnace by improving operation efficiency of a recovery device for valuable metal.
This melting and removing device has: an internal circulation fluidized-bed gasification furnace 11 blowing in air C from a bottom part 12 to form a circulation flow, and thermally decomposing and gasifying a part of waste A in the circulation flow; the rotary melting furnace 21 allowing introduction of the gas, and char and incombustible components converted into fine particles from a rotary introduction port 14, forming a swirl flow in the combustion gas, and slagging the incombustible components to generate melted slag; a slag chute 16 discharging the melted slag G discharged from the rotary melting furnace 21; and a reducing furnace 31 recovering copper I from the melted slag G. In the rotary melting furnace 21, the melt deposits melt-depositing on the inner wall are removed by burners 104, 105 provided on a ceiling part 18 toward an area inside which the gas, and the char and incombustible components converted into the fine particles swirl.
