Abstract:
To provide a member carrying device that does not break or deform a sensor by foreign substances.SOLUTION: A member carrying device is equipped with a position detecting unit 17 that detects a position of a carried member, a determining unit 61 that determines that a position of the member is abnormal from a detection result of the position detecting unit 17, and a moving unit 18 that moves the position detecting unit 17. When the determining unit 61 determines that a position of the member abnormal and at the same time the position detecting unit 17 is pressed from the member side, the position detecting unit 17 is moved by the moving unit 18 in a direction retracting from the member side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
