Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member connection device capable of reducing reasonably the number of steps required for processing and assembling operation.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a member connection device for use in connecting an intermediate lateral frame member acting as a cylindrical first object member to be connected with a vertical frame member of a hollow second object member to be connected having an opening at a connecting surface where this first intermediate lateral frame member is related, there are provided a connector tool forming a rectangular column shape closely contacted with the inner periphery of the intermediate lateral frame member or clearance being spaced apart and stored in the intermediate lateral frame member under a state in which its extremity end part is inserted from the opening into the vertical frame member, a thread shaft engaged in thread with the connector tool, applying energizing forces in a direction spacing apart to each other to a wall engaged in thread with the connector tool opposing at the extremity end of the connector tool to cause the extremity end of the connector tool to be engaged with the vertical frame member and a stopper member installed at the connector tool to prevent the connector tool from being pulled out of the intermediate lateral member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
