On the outer periphery of the bottomed cylindrical core member, a coating body composed of the graphite-ceramic composite material, can be formed. The bottomed cylindrical part of the core member, can be cooled by pouring gaseous nitrogen, etc. A buffering material is interposed between the core member and the coating body formed at the outer periphery and composed of the graphite-ceramic composite material and thus, sintered strain at the sintering time and thermal-stress strain at the using time caused by the difference of both coefficients of thermal expansion can be released.
