PURPOSE: A member for treating dermatosis having a base layer containing a two- or multicomponent copolymer of an alkyl ester of acrylate monomer and a monomer having a nonelectrolytic group or cationic electrolytic group in the side chain thereof containing a specific corticosteroid.
CONSTITUTION: A member for external use having a base layer, containing a two- or multicomponent copolymer of (A) an alkyl acrylate having a 4W12C alkyl group and (B) a monomer having a nonelectrolytic group and/or cationic electrolytic group in and side chain thereof and a chemical, and formed on a carrier, e.g. a plastic film, nonwoven fabric or paper. The component (A) imparts the tackiness and adhesive property to the skin, and the component (B) imparts the cohesive force to the copolymeric layer and improves the release property and stability of the chemical. The resultant member will not exhibit the residual paste phenomenon on the skin. A corticosteroid having an alkyl ester on the carbon atom at the 21-position, etc. is used as the chemical.
