Plural attaching members 11, 11... are connected to each other through bendable thin member 12, 12.... When each attaching member 11 is tightened through a press screw 11c, the thin member 12 is bent and inclined. Thus, the dimensional errors of the guide plates 21, 22 in the cross direction can be absorbed.
