To easily fix members to each other while simplifying the machining of the members relating to the fixation for a smaller size.

The member fixing structure uses a fixing member 40 for fixing the first member and the second member to each other. The fixing member 40 has a press-in member 45 and a cylinder part 41 which has an inner diameter shrunk ranging from an opening portion side 40A to a press-in side 40B and in the inner peripheral face of which the press-in member 45 is pressed. The opening portion side 40A of the cylinder part 41 is locked to the first member in the state that the opening of the cylinder portion 41 is exposed thereto. The press-in side 40B of the cylinder part 41 is inserted into a mounting hole 31 of the second member. The cylinder part 41 with its diameter being enlarged by the press-in member 45 pressed from the opening portion side 40A into the press-in side 40B is put in press contact with the mounting hole 31, whereby the first member and the second member are fixed to each other via the fixing member 40.
