PURPOSE: To provide a member fixing tool which does not improperly destruct a layer into which it is driven when it is driven.

CONSTITUTION: A member fixing tool includes an outer cylinder 1 which has a flange 1b at one end of a cylinder main body and a hole in the vicinity of the other end, a pointed section 1d which is formed by bending integrally or fixed separately at the other end of the outer cylinder, a shaft 2 which is inserted from the other end of the outer cylinder and has a head at one end, a bar-like anchor member 4 which exists between the other end of the shaft and the pointed section or is formed integrally with the shaft or fixed separately, and whose the other end faces the hole of the outer cylinder, and a detachable spacer cylinder 6 which exists between the flange of the outer cylinder and the shaft head. A sleeve 11 is inserted in outer periphery of a section which reaches the flange of the outer cylinder.
