PURPOSE: To provide a member fixing tool by which a driving-in layer is not inconveniently disrupted at driving-in time.

CONSTITUTION: A member fixing tool contains an outer cylinder 1 which has a flange 1b on one end of a cylinder main body 1a and a hole in the vicinity of the other end, a pointed part 1d which is integrally bent and formed on the other end of the outer cylinder 1 or is fixed as a separate body, a shaft 2 which is inserted from one end of the outer cylinder and has a head on one end, a ring-shaped anchor member 4 which is interposed between the other end of the shaft and the pointed part and is integrally formed with the shaft 2 or is fixed as a separate body and whose other end faces the hole of the outer cylinder 1 and a spacer 6 which is interposed between the outer cylinder flange and the shaft head.
