PURPOSE: To provide a member fixing tool which does not break a driving-in layer improperly at the time of driving.

CONSTITUTION: This member fixing tool is equipped with an outer tube composed of a flange lying at one end of itself and a hole 1c lying in the vicinity of the other end, a pointed part 1d bent integrally at the other end of itself or fixed as a separate body, and a large-diameter part larger than the outside diameter of the outer tube, being provided at the other end of the outer tube or on the outer tube side of the pointed part. Furthermore, this is equipped with a shaft 2 which has a head 2b at one end, being inserted from one end of the outer tube, an anchor member 4 whose other end fronts on the hole of the outer tube, being interposed between the other end of that shaft and the pointed part or made integrally with the shaft, or fixed as a separate body, and a spacer 6 which is capable of remove, being interposed between the flange of the outer tub and the head.
