CONSTITUTION: A member fixture is provided with a flange 1b at one end of a cylindrical main body 1a, a hole 1c in the adjacent to the other end, an outer cylinder 1 having a female screw in its inside and a male screw in the outside, a point part 1d integrally formed into a bent shape or separately fixed to the other end of the outer cylinder, a shaft 2 having a male screw which is screwedly inserted from one side of the outer cylinder, and a rod-shaped or a ring-shaped anchor member 4 which is interposed between the other part of the shaft and the point and faces the other end to the hole of the outer cylinder. And a projecting part is provided to at least one part so that when the shaft is made to rotate, the anchor member does not come out and the outer cylinder and the shaft are integrated together by a frictional force until the flange reaches or just before reaches a counter fixed part by screwing the outer cylinder.
