Abstract:
To easily ensure bonding strength when a member is inserted into a plate member for coupling.
A rectangular joining hole 20 is formed on a lower part 12B of a side bracket 12 and both axial ends 16A in a towing hitch pipe 16 having a cross section of rectangular and cylindrical shape are inserted to the joining hole 20. Drawing part 30 is formed on an outer peripheral part of the joining hole 20 in the side bracket 12 and extends from an inner side in a vehicle width direction toward an outer side in the vehicle width direction along the axial direction of the towing hitch pipe 16. A tip end 30A of the drawing part 30 is welded to the outer peripheral part 16B of the towing hitch pipe 16 by arc welding or the like.
