This member mount installed between a mounting pin 91 mounted on a car body 90 and a mounting hole 81 formed on a member collar 80, is composed of a first component composed of integrated inner cylindrical member 1, a first outer cylindrical member 2 and a first rubber elastic body 3, and a second component composed of integrated ring base 4, second outer cylindrical member 5, second rubber elastic body and plural rubber projections 7, and is assembled by press-fitting the second outer cylindrical member 5 into the mounting hole 81 through the rubber projections 7. The rubber projections 7 are formed into the mountain shape projecting to the radial direction in its cross section perpendicular to the shaft, and have taper parts 71 on their tip parts in the press-fit direction in a state of gradually lowering a projecting height toward their tips.
