To provide a bracket which facilitates the mounting of a safety crosspiece for enhancing the safety of prefabricated scaffolding assembled by utilizing a building frame.

The bracket includes a pipe clamp 23 and a member mounting pin 24. The pipe clamp 23 connects a base member 25 and a holding member 26 to each other in a relatively openable/closable manner by a supporting shaft 27 so that a pipe material can be sandwiched between the base member and the holding member. In the pipe clamp 23, a fastening bolt and nut 28 is interposed between free ends of both the members 25 and 26 so as to be engaged and disengaged. The member mounting pin 24 includes a pin body 6 which has a come-off preventive implement 7 attached to a tip, and a sleeve 29 for extension which is interposed between the pin body 6 and the base member 25 of the pipe clamp and identical in diameter to the pin body 6. The pin is attached by a bolt 30 which is internally fitted into the pin body 6 through the inside of the sleeve 29 from the inside of the base member 25 of the pipe clamp 23.
