PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member attachment structure which can surely attach an attachment member to an attached member, and can save attachment work.SOLUTION: An attachment structure 20 has: an attachment member 22 in which an engagement hole is formed; an attached member 24 in which a penetration hole is formed; a first gripping part in which a first insertion hole is formed; a second gripping part which is formed opposite to the first gripping part, in which a second insertion hole coaxial with the first insertion hole is formed, and which grips a plate-shaped part of the attachment member from both sides in a plate thickness direction together with the first gripping part; a clip main body 32 having a connecting part for connecting the first gripping part and the second gripping part, and a leg part which is erected around the first insertion hole of the first gripping part, and inserted into the penetration hole of the attached member; and an attachment clip 26 which can be inserted into the second insertion hole, the engagement hole and the first insertion hole, and whose tip is held to the second griping part in a first position located at the second gripping part side rather than the first gripping part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
