Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently perform the work by which a member in the shape of plate is attached to a cylindrical member by using a bolt.
CONSTITUTION: A bolt 10 has a non-circular rotation lock section 13 between a shaft section 11 and a head section 12. Since the lock section 13 is inserted into an insertion hole 2a which forms an oblong hole of an electrode plate 2, the bolt 10 is attached to the electrode plate 2 in a locked condition. The diameter of a basic end section 11b of the shaft section 11 of the bolt 10 is smaller than valley diameter of a male screw 11a at a tip. A lock nut 20 reaches the basic end section 11b via screwing of the male screw 11a to lock the bolt 10. The shaft section 11 of the bolt 10 and the lock nut 20 are inserted from one end of a cylindrical insulation cylinder 3. A screw hole 33 is formed on a tip face of an electrode bar 30 which is inserted from the other end of the insulation cylinder 3. When the electrode bar 30 is turned to promote the screwing of the screw hole 33 and the bolt 10, the electrode plate 2 and the insulation cylinder 3 are sandwiched by a head section 32 of the electrode bar 30 and the head section 12 of the bolt 10.
