To improve accuracy of positioning a member and install a fin to a middle part with high accuracy, in a device and a method for positioning a member and a device and a method for installing a fin to a middle part.SOLUTION: A device for positioning a member includes: a suction/holding part 105 for sucking/holding a heat transmission fin 26; and a positioning member 106 for moving the heat transmission fin 26 released from the suction/holding by the suction/holding part 105 to a reference position, so as to position it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
