Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently mold a tire by providing a pressure bonding means bonding an inner liner and side walls under pressure and a cutting means.
CONSTITUTION: An inner liner 12 and side walls 14 are sent to a synthetic feed conveyor 24 and mutually bonded under pressure by pressure bonding roller 32 while fed by the synthetic feed conveyor 24 and simultaneously cut into predetermined length at a predetermined angle by an ultrasonic cutter 34. Thereafter, the integrated inner liner 12 and side walls 14 are simultaneously wound around the molding drum 40 provided to the downstream end part of the conveyor 24 by a worker.
