To provide an open/close member structure where the open/close member can supply power to an electric equipment fitted to the open/close member even in a state where the member to be fitted is opened and a power code is not loosened.
A moving pulley 56 is loaded on a spindle moving in the forward/backward direction of a vehicle along a lane 44. The spindle is pulled/energized to the backward of the vehicle at a pull coil spring 58. The intermediate part of a power code 42 which electrically connects the battery of the vehicle and the battery part in a slide door is hung on the moving pulley 56. When the slide door is moved to a vehicle forward side (direction opposite to an arrow A) and a platform is fully closed, the moving pulley 56 moves to the backward of the moving pulley 56 with the tensile force of the pull coil spring 58, prescribed tensile force is given to the power code 42 and the looseness of the power code 42 is absorbed.
