Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly and safely peel a supply member from a sheet on a member supply device constituted to supply the supply member adhered on the sheet by peeling it.
SOLUTION: When a supply tape 20 is delivered along a delivery direction F on a delivery surface 21a of a delivery base 21, a carrier tape 11 and a sheet 25 are bent downward by an acute angled end 21b formed on a head end of the delivery base 21, accordingly, a phase difference plate 29 adhered on the sheet 25 is peeled, and the phase difference plate 29 arranged on the extreme head end is projected upward above a guide surface 22a of a guide base 22 arranged against the delivery base 21. In this state, a member holding part 24 is lowered from above the phase difference plate 29 projected on the guide surface 22a, the phase difference plate 29 supported by the guide surface 22a is adsorbed, the member holding part 24 is pulled up upward, and it is carried to a member supply site.
