PURPOSE: To make it possible to pre-assemble a post form with a wall.
CONSTITUTION: One end 25a of each of two post clamp frames 25 is inserted into a through hole 43 on both ends of a first post clamp frame 26 and connected with a pin 31, thereby enclosing the outer peripheral parts of post forms 21 and 22 which form a square cylinder. Each head 27a of two clamp frames 27 is fixed with a separator 27 and a form tie respectively by way of wall form joint materials 23. By operating each of slide fasteners 28, 29 and 30, the post form, which forms the square cylinder with each of the post clamp frames 25, 26 and 27, is fastened from outside and supported. This construction makes it possible to insert post reinforcements preliminarily cast in the prefabricated post form by fixing from outside without a separator in the post form.
