To provide a system for eliminating the troublesome entering/exiting operation in a parking lot, which a person experiences when trusting a bicycle to a station parking lot during commuting to office or school, for eliminating the inconvenience the need for walking time from the parking lot to the station, for reducing comparatively high parking fee, and for eliminating bicycles left around the station.
If shared bicycles provided by members are used mutually, there is no need for specifying the user of a bicycle, time and labor for entering/exiting the bicycle in the parking lot are reduced, and only minimum parking space is needed. The stocking amount of the station relay parking lot can be adjusted, and there cannot be filled with bicycles around the station, by carrying in/out the bicycles between the station relay parking lot and the parking base by a bicycle-carrying vehicle. This system can be used as a mobile parking lot or as a circular carrying vehicle, by simultaneously using the membership bicycle rental system of shared bicycles and the bicycle carrying vehicle, and enhances the convenience of the bicycle user, while improving clean environment of the station, by eliminating the bicycles left around the station.
