A diffusion plate holder 24 having an orifice hole 23 is provided with a membrane 21 through a space. A packing plate 3 consisting of a flexibility-provided impermeable material is spread along the inside surface of the membrane 21. In the packing plate 3, a vent 31 is penetrated and provided through and at a location apart from a position corresponding to the orifice hole 23. In an air channel between the vent 31 and the orifice hole 23, means for preventing the air channel from clogging caused by the attraction of the packing plate 3 toward the diffusion plate holder 24 side due to negative pressure caused by the flow of air discharged from the orifice hole 23 in the diffusion operation, that is projections 32, are protruded from the packing plate 3.
