Abstract:
To provide a membrane filter for detecting microorganisms having low fluorescence background, able to adapted to dying combined with fluorescent pigments of various wave lengths and improved in operationability.
The membrane filter for detecting microorganisms has a polymer layer having 10-500 μm thickness and a metal layer having 0.1 nm to 1 μm thickness on the polymer layer. A method for detecting the microorganisms uses the membrane filter for detecting microorganisms according to either of claimes 1 to 5.
