This membrane is formed with a polymer whose principal chain consists of arom. nuclei including one or more arom. nuclei each having a polar group. The principal chain is preferably arom. polyether ketone and this ketone is usually PEK, PEKK, PEEK, PEKEK or PEEKK. The principal chain is usually 2,6-di-1-12C alkyl-1,4-phenylene oxide or 2,6-diphenyl-1,4-phenyl oxide.
