PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memo pad holder that enables a user to more easily make a memo.SOLUTION: In a sheet body 11 for covering an obverse cover and a back cover of a memo pad 50, a strap attachment part 5 is provided near an end of one cover 52a of a notebook, and the memo pad 50 housed in a sheet body 11 of a memo pad cover 10 is suspended by a strap 12 attached to the strap attachment part 5.
