To provide a memo pad with label with which use purpose of a tag, target document name to which a tag is to be attached and the contents or the like thereof can be jotted in using the label.
The memo pad with label is formed by bonding one layer of a label 2 to writing paper 1. A plurality of the writing papers 1 are bound. The writing paper 1 and the label 2 are related by a relation means 6.
