To improve the efficiency of an operation that refers to content of memorandum data by reducing the memorandum data and showing them in a list on a displaying part when plural memorandum data that are stored exist.
An inputting part 101 and a displaying part 102 synthesizes a memorandum production image 200 and the part 102 shows the preceding page instruction area 201, the next page instruction area 202, a list instruction area 203, an updation instruction area 204 and memorandum data display area 205 in an upper part. Next, when each area 201 to 204 is tapped with a pen, etc., the part 101 senses it and each display processing is performed. When memorandum data can not be edited and plural registered data are shown, memorandum data which are held by a memorandum data buffer 105 of a storing part 104 are taken out, reduced display data is produced and the data are partially overlapped on the area 205 and shown in a list. When a necessary image is performed double tap with the pen, etc., in the memorandum data that is shown in a reduced list, the memorandum data is updated and a standard display image appears.
