Abstract:
To provide a memory card suitable for efficient heat radiation and a memory system.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment, there is provided a memory card including a memory chip, a controller chip, a sealing part, a first terminal group, a second terminal group, and a conductive pattern. The sealing part houses the memory chip and the controller chip. The sealing part includes a first principal surface and a second principal surface. The second principal surface is arranged on the opposite side of the first principal surface. The first terminal group is arranged on the first principal surface. The first terminal group includes a plurality of electrode terminals. The plurality of electrode terminals are arranged in a first direction in the first principal surface. The second terminal group is arranged on the first principal surface. The second terminal group includes a plurality of electrode terminals. The plurality of electrode terminals are arranged in the first direction in the first principal surface. The conductive pattern is arranged between the first terminal group and the second terminal group in the first principal surface. The conductive pattern has a larger dimension than the electrode terminals in the first terminal group and the electrode terminals in the second terminal group.
