Abstract:
To perform erasure check on a memory in an information processing device randomizing and writing data to the memory.SOLUTION: A randomizer 311 randomizes and outputs to a memory write data output from an arithmetic processing device. When a flag included in read data read from the memory indicates the randomized write data, a derandomizer 312 derandomizes the read data read from the memory to generate the derandomized read data. When the flag included in the read data read from the memory indicates the randomized write data, a selection unit 313 selects and outputs to the arithmetic processing device the derandomized read data. On the other hand, when the flag indicates erased data, the selection unit 313 selects and outputs to the arithmetic processing device the read data read from the memory.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
