CONSTITUTION: In the memory controller provided with the memory 7 writing and reading data and a control means 8 controlling plural access channels where the access is performed with the memory 7 directly, the order actuating the access channel is specified by the control means 8, and this controller is constituted so that an interruption request signal is transmitted to a main controller 1 side controlling the system whenever a prescribed sequence by the access in the specified order is ended.
