It is determined whether the position of two or more vehicle-mounted targets which can be electrically operated is adjusted. When there is a target determined to be adjusted in its position, it is determined whether a setting operation means and any one of a plurality of memory operation means are pressed by a user within a predetermined period since the position adjustment. When it is determined that the setting operation means and one memory operation means are pressed by the user within the predetermined period since the position adjustment, the position of the target after the position adjustment is stored in a memory region as a memory position corresponding to the one memory operation means.
