This pair of men's underpants includes (A) outer pants (1) which are obtained by making a vertical slit on the front center of commercially available men's underpants, and setting a fastener (2), and (B) inner underpants (3) which are obtained by making an oblong hole (4) to take out the penis on the front central lower part of underpants with large leg openings, and setting on the outer surface of the underpants, a bag (5) to hold the penis and a water absorbing pad, and a cover (6) attached with a snap (7) to avoid the separation of the penis. The (B) inner underpants are superposed on the inside of the (A) outer pants, and sewn together on the waist part to integrate.
