Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mental health evaluation apparatus, method, and program capable of evaluating the mental health of a subject in daily activities under near-natural conditions.SOLUTION: A mental health evaluation apparatus MH according to the present invention: acquires predetermined biological signals associated with heartbeat fluctuations of a subject; obtains stress indices at a predetermined time interval, on the basis of the predetermined biological signals; acquires the contents of actions of the subject during the stress indices being obtained; and then causes a mental health evaluation unit 127 to evaluate the mental health of the subject at each of at least two or more time points different from each other, on the basis of the plurality of obtained stress indices and the contents of the plurality of acquired actions. The mental health evaluation unit 127 selects the plurality of time points on the basis of at least a first fluctuation pattern out of the first fluctuation pattern in the plurality of obtained stress indices and a second fluctuation pattern in the contents of the plurality of acquired actions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
