Abstract:
To provide new menthol-containing food product, related to menthol-containing food product containing l-menthol, relieving pain of the tongue even if increasing the content of l-menthol.
The menthol-containing food product contains vitamin E together with l-menthol, since it was found that pain in the tongue was relieved by using vitamin E together with l-menthol.
