This system is constituted from an information center 11 which accumulates information on merchandise in relation to a prescribed common merchandise code, on-line terminal equipment 8 connected with the center 11, an optical reader 5 connected with the equipment 8, and a common merchandise code stuck on the surface of a merchandise apparatus. On the basis of the constitution, by reading the code, information necessary for dismantling can be obtained immediately at a necessary time in a necessary place through the terminal equipment 8 connected on line with the center 11 without investigating a producer, the model of an apparatus, and others. Therefore, time and labor can be saved, enabling disassembly and dismantling suitable for apparatuses, acquisition of recovered resources, and disposal treatment to contribute environmental protection.
