To provide a merchandise display wagon which realizes various display methods, is unaffected by weather during the day and night, catches to the eye, protects the commercial goods and a display against stains, and keeps the merchandise and the display warm if necessary since the merchandise display wagon is used for sales of merchandise while being moved inside and outside a building and for the appreciation of the display.

The merchandise display wagon is box-shaped, is constituted of hollow tubes, and is equipped with a power generating machine, lighting fixture, a loudspeaker, a heat retaining lamp, and a banner attachment device. The inside of the shop has a structure which achieves various display methods, is unaffected by the weather, and is operated during the night, and the shop part has a cover of a transparent material or drawing doors of a transparent material on four side surfaces to protect against stains.
