To effectively prevent a merchandise from dropping undesirably regardless of a merchandise kind by pushing out a drop prevention member by pressure with a merchandise pushed out by a depression member to incline it forward and releasing its forward inclination posture by depressing the depression member that comes into a device body after completing merchandise ejection.

A drop preventing member 31 is provided on an upper plane of a front end part of a device body 11 with its upper edges part projected and its lower part is freely turnably supported so that it can turn toward a front side of the body 11 and incline forward. And, the member 31 whose upper edge part is positioned at a drop prevention position projected at an upper plane of the front end part of the body 11 is depressed by a merchandise pushed out by depression member 14 and is inclined forward and also releases forward inclination posture in such a manner that its lower part side is depressed by the member 14 that comes into the body 11 after completing merchandise ejection. Thus, the member 31 is turned and returned to the drop prevention position from the forward inclination position.
